Elizabeth Krizmanich, SRA

Elizabeth “Betsy” Krizmanich joined James J. Mollica & Associates, Inc. in 1985. She was designated RM (Residential Member) by the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers in 1990. The RM was reclassified as the SRA designation in 1992. She became an equity partner in the firm when the Aspen Appraisal Group, LLC was formed in 2010.

She received her BA degree from Duke University in 1978 and her Masters in Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina in 1983. She is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Colorado and is also a licensed real estate broker.

Betsy’s concentration is on mid- to very high-end single-family houses and building sites, luxury condominium and townhouse units and developments, proposed residential developments, easements, condemnation, mining claims, and commercial real estate in the Aspen area.

In her spare time, she enjoys ice fishing, camping, hiking, and biking.
